Christopher Mezzetti was admitted to practice in 2012. Christopher has extensive experience in both plaintiff and defense work; having worked for a defense firm for several years. Christopher defended both private clients and insurance carriers during that time.
Christopher’s practice focuses mainly on real estate matters, personal injury, probate litigation, contract disputes, construction, and professional liability, though he is always willing and able to accept a new challenge. Mr. Mezzetti also has a significant background in high-profile wrongful death and sexual abuse cases.
Mr. Mezzetti is a Bay Area native, having grown up and attended both college (Santa Clara University) and law school (Lincoln Law School of San Jose) in the San Jose area. During law school Mr. Mezzetti was a member of the Honorable William A. Ingram American Inn of Court, received the Patrick Tillman Memorial Scholarship and Res Ipsa Loquitur Award, held an editorial staff position on Lincoln’s Law Review, and was a Dean’s List member.
Mr. Mezzetti also participated in two internships with the Santa Clara County Superior Court in the Probate and Juvenile Dependency departments.
Mr. Mezzetti is the proud father of three daughters, Maizi, Emelia, and Everley and husband to another Bay Area native, Kelli Walsh Mezzetti. As often as is possible, the family endeavors to participate in new adventures.
